Right now Zapnoty is in launch mode — all features are free. Billing and real credit debits will be enabled in H1 2026 with a 2-week notice. Existing customers get grandfathered pricing.
A unified operation currency. One Telegram/Max message = 1 credit, email = 2 credits, form submission = 0. This removes the "unused feature tax" — you don't pay for features you don't use.
Two options: overage (1 ₽ per credit — higher than the cheapest plan), or buy an extra credit pack. Packs don't expire for 12 months.
Plan credits (plan_grant) expire at period end. Credits from one-time packs (topup_balance) roll over for 12 months. A two-bucket model to incentivize the right subscription choice.
Yes. Quarterly — 13% off, yearly — 33% off. Enterprise — custom pricing from 500,000 credits/mo.
Yes. Upgrade — immediately after paying the difference, downgrade — from the next period. Unused credits are prorated.
There's no specific trial — instead we have a permanent free tier with 100 credits/month. That's enough to try every feature before upgrading.
