FAQ
100 credits every month, one project, three agents and 100 MB of storage — no card, no time limit. Credits refresh at the start of each period; unused ones do not carry over. That covers roughly 100 messages a month — enough to build an integration and try it on your own customers. When your volume grows, move to a paid plan or top up with a credit pack.
A unified operation currency. One Telegram/Max message = 1 credit, email = 3 credits, form submission = 0. This removes the "unused feature tax" — you don't pay for features you don't use.
Your balance goes negative, and for a while operations keep working (the grace period) — you receive low-balance notifications. If you don't top up in time, paid operations are blocked: the API returns 402, and sending messages, OTP, broadcasts and helpdesk replies stop until you renew your plan or buy a credit pack. Packs don't expire for 12 months.
Plan credits refresh at the start of each period: unused ones do not carry over. Credits from one-off packs never expire — they sit on your balance until spent and are used after plan credits.

Yes. Upgrade — immediately after paying the difference, downgrade — from the next period. Unused credits are prorated.
There's no specific trial — instead we have a permanent free tier with 100 credits/month. That's enough to try every feature before upgrading.
Payments run through T-Bank acquiring, and the fiscal receipt is emailed to you right after the payment. Closing documents for a period are issued to companies and sole traders on request — write to support under “Finance” with your details.
