Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Who gives consent and to whom
1.1. I, a user of the Zapnoty service (the "Data Subject"), registering with the Service or using the Dashboard, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Antonov Aleksandr Viktorovich (INN 262517638904, OGRNIP 312265133100116; the "Operator") to process my personal data on the terms set out below.
1.2. This consent is specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous. I confirm that before giving it I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy.
2. Purposes of processing
2.1. Registration with the Service, identification and authorization, maintaining the account and the Dashboard.
2.2. Conclusion and performance of the agreement under the Public Offer, providing the Service functionality (projects, notifications, forms, support, Agents, file exchange, etc.).
2.3. Sending service notifications (balance, payments, suspension, security, changes to documents) by email and to linked messengers.
2.4. Accepting payments, recurring charges, generating and sending fiscal receipts.
2.5. Ensuring Service security, preventing abuse, investigating incidents, keeping activity logs.
2.6. Handling support requests and data subject requests.
2.7. The partner (referral) program — if I participate in it.
2.8. Marketing and advertising mailings are not covered by this consent and are carried out only on the basis of a separate consent.
3. Personal data covered
3.1. Name (surname and/or nickname, if provided), email address.
3.2. OAuth provider identifiers (Yandex, VK) and profile data received from them to the extent I allow during authorization; password hash (for email and password sign-in).
3.3. Identifiers of linked Telegram and Max messenger accounts, username, display name.
3.4. Technical data: IP address, user-agent, sign-in time, interface locale, time zone.
3.5. Email for fiscal receipts; masked payment data (last four digits of the card, expiry date, payment system), payment and billing history.
3.6. Dashboard activity logs (audit logs), API and Dashboard usage statistics.
3.7. Contents of my support requests and attached files.
4. Processing operations and methods
4.1. Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
4.2. Processing is carried out with and without automation (mixed processing), with transmission over the Internet.
5. Transfer to third parties
5.1. I agree that the Operator may transfer personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes in Section 2:
5.1.1. TBank JSC (INN 7710140679) — payment acceptance and fiscal receipts: receipt email, amount, service name, order number;
5.1.2. the infrastructure (hosting) provider located in the Russian Federation — storing data on servers on behalf of the Operator;
5.1.3. messenger operators Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) and Max (Communication Platform LLC) — delivering service notifications to messenger accounts I have linked to the Service myself: chat identifier and message text, to the extent necessary for delivery;
5.1.4. authorized government bodies — in the cases and manner provided by the laws of the Russian Federation.
5.2. The list of processors acting on behalf of the Operator is kept up to date in Section 6 of the Personal Data Processing Policy.
6. Term and withdrawal of consent
6.1. This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. After the account is deleted, the data are retained and destroyed within the periods set out in Section 7 of the Personal Data Processing Policy.
6.2. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to privacy@zapnoty.ru from the email address specified in the Dashboard. A withdrawal request is also a request to delete the account.
6.3. Upon withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the withdrawal, except where the Operator may continue processing without consent on the grounds set out in clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6 of 152-FZ (in particular, retaining billing and payment records for the periods required by tax and accounting law).
6.4. I understand that withdrawing consent makes further use of the Service impossible.
7. Form of consent
7.1. Consent is given electronically by ticking a separate checkbox "I consent to the processing of personal data" on the first sign-in to the Dashboard (the "Terms of use" step). Until consent is given, the Operator processes only the data needed for sign-in and for preparing the agreement at the Data Subject's request (clause 5, Part 1, Article 6 of 152-FZ). The Operator records the date and time, IP address, user-agent and the revision of this document to which consent was given.
7.2. When this document changes, the new revision is published at /consent; if changes expand the purposes, the data or the recipients, the Operator requests consent again.
